1. Inledning
Denna integritetspolicy beskriver hur GoalPeople International AB (“vi”, “oss”, “vår”) behandlar personuppgifter i samband med användning av appen GoalPeople (“appen”).
GoalPeople tillhandahåller en digital tjänst som används av organisationer, såsom kommuner, för att skapa och följa upp målplaner tillsammans med deltagare.
Appen är ett komplement till vår webbtjänst och gör det möjligt för deltagare att arbeta med sina målplaner mellan möten.
2. Personuppgiftsansvar
När du använder appen som deltagare i en kommun eller annan organisation gäller följande:
Organisationen (t.ex. kommunen) är personuppgiftsansvarig
GoalPeople International AB är personuppgiftsbiträde
Det innebär att organisationen:
beslutar om vilka personuppgifter som samlas in
bestämmer ändamålet med behandlingen
ansvarar för att informera dig om hur dina uppgifter används
GoalPeople behandlar personuppgifter enbart på uppdrag av organisationen och enligt deras instruktioner.
3. Vilken information som behandlas
Inom ramen för tjänsten kan följande uppgifter behandlas:
Kontouppgifter: e-postadress och inloggningsuppgifter
Målplaner: mål, aktiviteter och planering som skapas tillsammans med organisationen
Statusuppdateringar: information som du registrerar om dina aktiviteter och framsteg
Teknisk information: t.ex. IP-adress och enhetsinformation för drift och säkerhet
4. Ändamål med behandlingen
Personuppgifterna behandlas för att:
möjliggöra användning av GoalPeoples tjänst
stödja arbete med målplaner och aktiviteter
följa upp framsteg mellan deltagare och organisation
säkerställa säker drift av tjänsten
Ändamålen med behandlingen bestäms av den organisation som använder tjänsten.
5. Laglig grund
Den lagliga grunden för behandlingen fastställs av den personuppgiftsansvariga organisationen (t.ex. kommunen).
GoalPeople behandlar personuppgifter i enlighet med avtal och instruktioner från den personuppgiftsansvariga.
6. Lagring av personuppgifter
Personuppgifter lagras så länge det är nödvändigt för att uppfylla syftet med behandlingen, enligt instruktioner från den personuppgiftsansvariga organisationen.
7. Delning av personuppgifter
GoalPeople delar inte personuppgifter för egna ändamål.
Vi kan behandla uppgifter via tekniska leverantörer (t.ex. drift och hosting), men endast inom ramen för vårt uppdrag som personuppgiftsbiträde.
8. Dataöverföringar
Om personuppgifter överförs utanför EU/EES säkerställs att detta sker i enlighet med GDPR genom lämpliga skyddsåtgärder, såsom standardavtalsklausuler.
9. Datasäkerhet
Vi vidtar tekniska och organisatoriska åtgärder för att skydda personuppgifter i enlighet med GDPR.
10. Dataintrång
Vid ett personuppgiftsintrång kommer vi att informera den personuppgiftsansvariga organisationen utan onödigt dröjsmål, så att de kan uppfylla sina skyldigheter enligt GDPR.
11. Dina rättigheter
Eftersom organisationen (t.ex. kommunen) är personuppgiftsansvarig ska du i första hand kontakta dem om du vill:
få tillgång till dina uppgifter
begära rättelse eller radering
invända mot behandling
utöva andra rättigheter enligt GDPR
Du har även rätt att lämna klagomål till Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).
12. Barns integritet
Tjänsten riktar sig till deltagare inom organisationer och hanteras av dessa. Ansvar för behandling av uppgifter om minderåriga ligger hos den personuppgiftsansvariga organisationen.
13. Ändringar i denna policy
Vi kan uppdatera denna policy vid behov. Den senaste versionen finns alltid tillgänglig i appen och på vår webbplats.

Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how GoalPeople International AB (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data in connection with the use of the GoalPeople mobile application (“the App”).
GoalPeople provides a digital service used by organizations, such as municipalities, to create and manage goal plans together with participants.
The App is a complement to our web service and allows participants to work on their goal plans outside of meetings.
2. Roles and Responsibilities
When you use the App as a participant through an organization (such as a municipality):
The organization is the data controller
GoalPeople International AB is the data processor
This means that the organization:
determines which personal data is collected
defines the purposes of the processing
is responsible for informing you about how your data is used
GoalPeople processes personal data solely on behalf of the organization and in accordance with their instructions.
3. Categories of Personal Data
Within the scope of the service, the following types of personal data may be processed:
Account information: email address and login credentials
Goal plans: goals, activities, and planning created together with the organization
Progress updates: information you provide about your activities and progress
Technical data: such as IP address and device information for operational and security purposes
4. Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed in order to:
enable the use of the GoalPeople service
support work with goal plans and activities
allow follow-up between participants and the organization
ensure secure operation of the service
The purposes of processing are determined by the data controller (the organization).
5. Legal Basis
The legal basis for processing personal data is determined by the data controller (e.g. the municipality).
GoalPeople processes personal data in accordance with agreements and instructions from the data controller.
6. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes of the processing, in accordance with instructions from the data controller.
7. Sharing of Personal Data
GoalPeople does not sell or use personal data for its own purposes.
We may process personal data through third-party service providers (such as hosting providers), strictly within the scope of our role as a data processor.
8. International Data Transfers
If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, we ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
9. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data in accordance with GDPR.

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the data controller without undue delay so they can fulfill their legal obligations under GDPR.

As the organization (e.g. municipality) is the data controller, you should primarily contact them if you wish to:

exercise any other rights under GDPR
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
12. Children’s Privacy
The service is provided through organizations. Responsibility for processing personal data relating to minors lies with the data controller.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available in the App and on our website.
